Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • $10 Deposit – Every appointment requires a non-refundable $10 deposit. This locks in your time slot and ensures I don’t drive across Newton County for a no-show.
     

  • Need to cancel? No worries! Just give me at least 24 hours’ notice, and you won’t lose your deposit. If it’s less than 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited because, well… time is valuable.
     

  • Need to reschedule? You get two chances to rebook without losing your deposit if I am notified with at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule a third time, you’ll need to pay in full before your appointment. I’ll send an invoice, and once it’s paid, we’re all set.
     

  • What if I need to cancel? If something comes up on my end, I’ll also provide at least 24 hours’ notice (unless it’s an emergency, in which case, I’ll reach out ASAP). If I cancel, you’ll receive a 100% refund—including your deposit.
     

  • No-call, no-show? Unfortunately, that means your deposit is gone, and I might cry into my coffee (but mostly, I just won’t be able to reschedule you without full payment upfront).
     

  • Bottom line: Communication is key. If you need to adjust your appointment, just call me ‪(470) 444-9843! Let’s keep it fair, flexible, and stress-free. 😊
